Shipping policy

Custom Panel Duration:

Depending on the complexity of the design submitted by the client, it will take about 2-4 business days for the engineers to render your design. It will then be submitted to you to get approved. Once you approve it, we will send the design for manufacturing. The time it takes for you to receive your product in hand from the time you submit your order is about 2-4 weeks.

This duration is an estimate and it may take longer, however, we are working towards shortening this duration to better serve you and we appreciate your patience.

Replacement Panel Duration:

Non-custom panels, depending on the material chosen, will take an estimate of 2 to 3 weeks. You will be able to track the progression of your panels to ensure that your updated with every process. 

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping and duration may vary per country.

*Keep in mind that these are only estimates. It can take longer if the client decides to make changes with designs, engineer print specs approval, and third-party carrier shipping. We have the best customer service so you can always reach out to us for updates.
