How complex can I make a design?

You can make your design as complex as you want at a fixed price! Guaranteed!

*You can submit an Air Jordan as a custom panel. We make them by the order.

Does it cost extra if my design is complicated?

We offer fixed price on any designs!

How big can I make my design?

It should only cover the plate of the panel. That’s about 2.5 inches.

How long does it take to print my panel?

Once you submit your design, it will take between 3-4 days to develop a render. You will receive an email for approval. Once you have approved the design, it will be sent out to our manufacturer for specs check. The duration it takes to get the product to you is about 2-4 weeks max. (Please account for covid19 delays.)

When do I get my panel?

What is the process on how to order custom panel?

Check out our custom panel link and follow the directions. Upon submitting your designs, you will be redirected to our customer rep to take care of your custom order.

How many panels do I get?

1 pair = 2 panels, left and right.

My panel came without color?

All our panels come only come in 2 basic colors: black or white. Our clients typically paint them. Please look into your designs and determine which color is the most predominant.

How do I install the panel?

Installation instructions will be provided soon. We do not provide this service at the moment.

Can you recommend someone who can do the installation?

We currently don't have an affiliation with any restorers at the moment. Basic restoration skill is needed for installation. We recommend barge cement for glue.

I ordered a panel with guide holes and the holes aren’t visible for me to stitch?

Not all holes will be visible as they are printed very small to ensure durability. Please stitch with caution.

Can I order bulk?

We encourage bulk orders and even offer bulk order discounts.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We are global.

Can I do overnight ship?

Absolutely. Extra shipping fee would have to be applied.

Do you print in just plastic?

We currently only offer hard, non-rigid, polymer plastic. We do not print rubber. All our products are 3D printed plastic.

My panel broke during installation, what do I do?

We do not offer returns but please do email us if this happens and we can help you.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, however, do email us and see what we can do to help you.

I didn’t get my panels?

All our panels are delivered with signature confirmed and USPS and UPS are instructed not to deliver packages without signature. In the moment that a signature cannot be obtain, you should be able to pick up your package at the post office. If you do not pick it up within 3 to 5 days, it will be sent back to us and you'd have to pay another shipping fee to have it resent.
